Requirement review / supplier coordination

Custom intercooler sourcing with install drawings

Define the requested service scope before asking suppliers for terms. Chargecool Sourcing uses installation space, port maps and packing lists to coordinate a custom intercooler inquiry without claiming factory ownership.

Define the coordination scope

Requirements review

The buyer supplies vehicle year/make/model, engine or chassis identifiers, air and coolant circuit notes, core envelope, port diameters, pressure-drop targets, quantity and destination ZIP. Drawings can be described now and sent after first contact. We do not operate a fitment database that certifies interchange.

Supplier questions

Ask about production scope for bare cores versus finished tanks, sample options, pressure-test conditions and documents bound to the named part. Mounting brackets and piping must be listed as included or excluded so kit offers are not mixed with core-only lines.

Quote comparison

Separate unit cost, packing unit, freight, taxes, service costs and Incoterms before ranking offers. Currency and per-piece versus total-order budget, if provided, stay as buyer guidance. No savings percentage is published without a verified same-scope quote set.

Order handoff

Record approved sample identifiers, unresolved exceptions, warranty scope and who owns shipment. Sample approval is not batch consistency. Later lots still need agreed inspection points. Chargecool Sourcing coordinates questions; the buyer issues the purchase decision.
