What to attach in words

Describe charge-air path separately from coolant path, end-tank and mounting scope, and whether the request is a bare core or finished assembly. Mention optional budget with currency and per-piece or total-order basis, plus a supplier-level preference if you have one.

What happens next

Open items stay open until a supplier answers them. Sample approval, if requested, is scheduled as a separate check from production packing. Warranty scope remains the supplier’s statement on the quoted revision.
