Vehicle and engine
Record model year, make, model and engine or chassis code for the turbocharged application. Mark unresolved boost-system fitment as open instead of guessing a universal catalog line for an air to water intercooler request.

Buyer brief
Fitment confirmation for charge-air cooling hardware
Chargecool Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We help importers, distributors and fleet buyers collect factory quotes for automotive air to water intercooler assemblies and related charge-air piping. We do not manufacture cores or claim authorization from vehicle makers.

Record model year, make, model and engine or chassis code for the turbocharged application. Mark unresolved boost-system fitment as open instead of guessing a universal catalog line for an air to water intercooler request.
Confirm installation position, core envelope in millimeters, charge-air and coolant port diameters, mounting points and whether dedicated piping is included. Air-path and water-path connections must be listed separately.
State pieces by vehicle position and list whether the offer is a bare core, finished assembly or a kit with brackets and couplers. Core-only lines cannot be compared with kit pricing on the same unit cost.
Provide the US destination ZIP code and requested delivery window. Sample approval, if needed, stays a separate milestone from production-lot shipment and should not share one undated promise.
Resolve part reference, air/water circuit layout, core envelope and order unit. Missing port maps or pressure-drop test conditions are recorded as open questions rather than assumed from a catalog photo.
Ask factories for quotes that name the same packing list, document pack and destination so charge-air cooler lines can be compared without mixing ex-works and delivered figures.
Compare sample terms, supplier drawings, thermal test conditions and total cost. Certificates belong to a named supplier and part revision, not to this website.
Record the accepted specification, remaining exceptions and each party’s delivery responsibility before any purchase order is issued by the buyer.
Read the custom intercooler coordination steps, then send the open questions.
Ask for model-specific drawings, core envelope dimensions, port maps and mounting details. An automotive intercooler listing is only an inquiry option until the supplier maps it to the stated application.
Clarify whether the offer is a bare core, finished end tanks or a vehicle-specific assembly, and what piping or brackets are included. A similar exterior shape is not proof of the same heat-transfer circuit.
Ask for sample scope, batch identifiers, packing photos and pressure-test conditions tied to the quoted flow. Sample approval does not automatically qualify later lots; keep revision marks.
Confirm validity, freight, taxes, service scope, Incoterms and exclusions. Gross package weight may be requested for freight checks; unknown figures stay blank.
