Application-led procurement

Truck intercooler checks for turbo heat load

Each truck intercooler scenario starts with documented boost-system requirements, not an assumed universal fit across chassis families.

Requirements by buying scenario

Parts wholesale

Clarify catalog references, packing units, core-only versus assembly assortments and reorder expectations for diesel or gasoline turbo programs. Keep air-to-air and air-to-water lines in separate quote groups.

Workshop distribution

Clarify installation position, included piping hardware and vehicle application range. Front-mount, top-mount and remote water-cooled placements need different envelope and hose routing notes.

Fleet purchasing

Separate truck configurations and planned quantities by engine family and duty cycle. Heat-load assumptions from one chassis cannot be copied to another without supplier confirmation.

Special project inquiry

Document altered charge-pipe interfaces, custom tank fabrication and any dual-circuit coolant routing before accepting alternatives. Request drawings tied to the stated envelope rather than catalog photography alone.

Engine radiators and standalone AC condensers are outside this site’s procurement scope. Continue with the intercooler core guide when core structure must be checked next.

Send the part and application

Include chassis identifiers, boost-system layout, quantity and destination for the truck intercooler request.
